Summary
After enable LDAP integration the user section is not getting loaded
Error
When you try to open the User section this error is displayed:
Failed to retrieve the user
And in the logs you can see this error:
(CmdbConnectorImpl.java:101) ERROR - error creating mam API
com.hp.ucmdb.api.ExecutionException: java.lang.NullPointerException
...............
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
Cause
The default user group define in the LDAP settings (Automatically assigned user group) doesn't exist
Fix
Create the correct group in uCMDB
