Question
In Dashboard module of Application Lifecycle Management 11 (ALM 11) using "Copy URL" feature automatically opens in Mozilla Firefox browser and no content is displayed. The reason is that Mozilla Firefox is not supported browser by ALM 11.
Answer
The following two things need to be respected:
1. Set Internet Explorer (IE) browser to be the default browser on the client machine
2. Re-install Mozilla Firefox browser on the client machine by using the following options during install:
-> select "Standard installation" option
-> deselect the checkbox “Use Firefox as my default web browser”
After installation is completed try again opening a link by using the "Copy URL" feature.
It should now be opened within IE browser.
