Problem

When accessing the project and heating on edit test it shows blank screen

Solution

Workaround:

  1. Launch IE in Admin
  2. Help -> Add ins
  3. HP ALM Client Registration
  4. Register HP ALM Client (install)
  5. Logout of ALM PC 11
  6. Log back in
  7. Try the Edit of test scenario
  8. Expand the secondary Blank window – Now it works
