What's New in This Release?
If you do not use the NNM iSPI for IP Telephony reports and do not have the NNM iSPI Performance for Metrics installed in your environment, skip this procedure.
Upgrade NNMi from 9.10 to 9.21 or higher.
Upgrade NNM iSPI Performance for Metrics from 9.10 to 9.20 Patch 1.
Stop the ETL processes on the NPS system. To stop the ETL processes, run the following command:
%NnmInstallDir%\/NNMPerformanceSPI\bin\stopETL.ovpl
/opt/OV/NNMPerformanceSPI/bin/stopETL.ovpl
Take a backup of perfspi.pm. This file is available at the following location:
%NnmInstallDir%\nonOV\perl\a\lib\5.8.8
/opt/OV/nonOV/perl/a/lib/5.8.8
Apply the NNM iSPI Performance for Metrics hotfix for issue QCCR1B109116 on the NNM iSPI Performance for Metrics system. Contact HP Support to obtain and apply this hotfix.
Upgrade the NNM iSPI for IP Telephony from 9.10 to 9.20 by using the steps mentioned in NNM iSPI for IP Telephony 9.20 Deployment Guide.
Start the ETL processes on the NPS system. To start the ETL processes, run the following command:
%NnmInstallDir%\/NNMPerformanceSPI\bin\startETL.ovpl
/opt/OV/NNMPerformanceSPI/bin/startETL.ovpl
