This version of HP SE SRM SPI includes the following:

Symptom: When the HPOM Agent is migrated from root user to non-root user, the Version Verify and Self-Healing Info tools fail with the following error:
Cannot open collector output file /tmp/SPI_SE/SPI_SE.xml for writing
Action: If the HPOM Agent is migrated from root user to non-root user, delete or rename the HP SE SRM SPI files or directories from /tmp on the node which were created by root user.
Symptom: When an event is acknowledged on the HPOM, the corresponding event do not get cleared on SE CMS
Action: On the HPOM interface, go to the policy group HP Storage Essentials SRM > HP SE SRM Event Acknowledging. Right-click HPSESRMSPI-HPSESRM_ClearEvents. Select All Tasks > Edit. The policy appears in the Edit mode.
Select As User and enter the user credentials as administrator. Save the policy and deploy it on the HPOM node.
Symptom: Service map do not get updated because CIM extension nodes are deleted from the SE CMS.
Action: On the HPOM server, go to the service configuration editor and delete the service, <SECMS> : AppStorManager.
Now log on to the SE CMS and follow these steps:
The command gives the policy id.
Action: Contact HP Support for the Hotfix for the problem (QCCR1A105153).
