Running with HPOM for Windows 8.10 the Microsoft Enterprise Servers SPI extends management capabilities to:
Running with OVO for Windows 7.50 the Microsoft Enterprise Servers SPI extends management capabilities to:
These versions are not supported by the Microsoft Enterprise Servers SPI 6.30. However, policies necessary for monitoring these Enterprise Servers are still packaged with the Microsoft Enterprise Servers SPI.
NEW FEATURE: Monitoring of Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2006, including policies, reports and graphs.
Separate Reports and Graphs install: During the SPI install process you now select whether to install the SPI's reporting (if HP Reporter is installed) and graphing (if HP Performance Manager is installed) components. Previously SPI reports and graphs were installed with the SPI automatically.
New Product Names: HP OpenView Operations is now HP Operations Manager, OVO for Windows is now HPOM for Windows, and HP OpenView Smart Plug-in for Microsoft Enterprise Servers is now HP Operations Smart Plug-in for Microsoft Enterprise Servers.
NOTE: Due to these product name changes there may be situations where the product name in the documentation temporarily differs from the name you see on the software, or where the latest Smart Plug-in online help product names conflict with earlier OVO for Windows product names.

Before installing the Microsoft Enterprise Servers SPI, make sure that your system meets the following minimum requirements:

The Database monitoring tool cannot be launched from a remote console, it can only be launched from the management server.
Incorrect policy version
The version of every Microsoft Enterprise Servers SPI policy is displayed as 6.10 in the HP Operations console.
