garbage when no data is present. This occurred on records migrated from
3.3.1 where this column did not exist.

Corrected the problem of connector
required attributes not being pushed to the resource during reconciliation.
With this change, all attributes identified as required in the mapping file
will be sent to the resource regardless of the Sync Out setting on the Resource

Select Identity report processing
no longer aborts when a user whose data cannot be decrypted is encountered.
(Decryption problems were caused by HSM key changes after user creation.) Reports
affected are: (Defect # 69 and 107 / QXCR1000335009):

User Configuration Detail Report. Minimal user data will be
displayed for the invalid users as well as an error (ERRORS java.lang.RuntimeException: Decryption failure)

replace the attribute value(s) when setOperation(REPLACE) is called.
Previously, Select Identity would add the new value to the attribute.
NOTE:
We recommend updating the external call to use REPLACE instead of ADD
(default) when updating an existing value
