provides an overview of the changes made to HP OpenView Select Identity (OVSI)
connector for Oracle database for the release of OVSI 4.0 and 3.3.1. This
connector is supported on Oracle database 9i and 10g. This document contains
important information not included in the manuals or in online help.

Installation

The Connector Agent has been enhanced to run as a Windows Service
or UNIX Daemon.
§
Issue with service assignment failing due to error in getGroups
has been fixed.
When an optional
attribute value is cleared on OVSI, the attribute is not cleared in the table
column on Oracle.
