This version of Performance Manager provides the following changes in the user interface:
Viewing performance data for adjoining time intervals within a graph: Ability to determine the “points every” value automatically to fit data in a single graph. You can now choose to fetch data for adjacent time intervals from the same data source and view the data within the same graph at a higher summarization level by using the “Append” and “Prepend” buttons.

Description: If Performance Manager 8.00 and Operations Manager for UNIX 8 are installed on the same system and if Operations Manager for UNIX is uninstalled using the ovoremove script, Performance Manager 8.00 stops working.
Workaround: To resolve the issue, do the following:
- Copy all the contents of the directory /var/opt/OV/shared/server/conf/perf to a temporary location
- Uninstall Operations Manager for UNIX using the ovoremove script
- Run the following command:
/opt/OV/lbin/xpl/ovinit.sh -dependencies OvGC -ovrg server- Copy the backed up contents to the location /var/opt/OV/shared/server/conf/perf
Description: Multiple error messages appear in the Performance Manager user interface when Performance Manager fails to retrieve the node list from Operations Manager for Windows 8.0.
Workaround: None
Description: After upgrading from Performance Manager 6.x, any HTML content used in the graph subtitle is not processed and appears as plain text in the graph.
Workaround: Edit the graph using the Design Wizard and remove the HTML content.
Description: In the design wizard, after selecting data source, clicking the 'Next' button to navigate to the next screen does not work unless the mouse cursor is moved away from the button once.
Workaround: Move the mouse cursor away from the 'Next' button once and click the 'Next' button again.
