PROBLEM: The NNM iSPI Performance for Traffic cannot communicate with NNMi if the web service client password used during the Master Collector installation includes the ! character.
WORKAROUND: If the web service client user password (which is created from the NNMi console) that you used during the master Collector installation includes the ! character, run the following command on the Master Collector system after the installation is complete:
On Windows
<Master_install_dir>\nonOV\traffic-master\bin\encrypttrafficpassword.ovpl --nnmEncrypt=<password>
On Linux
/opt/OV/nonOV/traffic-master/bin/encrypttrafficpassword.ovpl --nnmEncrypt=<password>
