This wizard page enables you to configure settings, when creating or connecting to the Management database.

Enter connectivity and authentication parameters for the MS SQL Server database:

| Host name |
The fully qualified domain name (FQDN) or IP address of the MS SQL Server hosting the Management database. |
| Port | The port of the MS SQL server listener. The default port is 1433. |
| Database name |
The name of the Management database. It is recommended that you use the following database naming convention: |

The MS SQL login name used to create or connect to the database. The user must have the administrator permissions. Note: Do not use XS as a new database user name because the XS user name is already used internally. |
