    • List of alerts
    • Details on recent CMDB changes, planned changes (from Release Control)
    • Information on open incidents (from Service Manager)
  • Simplified creation of KPI rules with new dynamic Java scripting language (Groovy rules)
  • More control on the propagation of KPIs with new propagation manager in KPI Assignments
  • New Yahoo! Widget to display the status of a selected Dashboard view
  • New Rich Text Portlet for My BSM, providing ability to simply create text, images and Flash files to be displayed to users in the My BSM portal
  • Ability to create and visualize simple end-to-end process models and understand the impact that service dependencies are having on these business processes
  • New Business Process Insight "Lite" capability: This new Dashboard capability allows users to create end to end business process models, along with any dependencies on hosts or applications. In the Business Availability Center Dashboard, users can then see the health of those business processes based upon the underlying health/performance of these dependencies. This out-of-the-box feature is a great new way to get an end to end business process health view; subsequently these business processes can be monitored in real-time as operational business process, including the business process instance data by extending the solution to incorporate the HP Business Process Insight product.
