View the ManagementDB / ProfileDB connection status

To view the connection status of a Management database data source:

  1. In the Administration Console, click Collection Configuration > ManagementDB / ProfileDB.
    The ManagementDB / ProfileDB page opens.
  2. Under Management Database, check the connection status indicator in the Status Connection column:

To view the connection status of a Profile database data source:

  1. In the Administration Console, click Collection Configuration > ManagementDB / ProfileDB.
    The ManagementDB / ProfileDB page opens.
  2. Under Profile Database, for one or more Profile databases, check the connection status indicator in the Status Connection column:
