System Availability Management
- Users can now drill down to SiteScope reports from the Business Availability Center Dashboard.
- The SiteScope adapter was removed and replaced by a direct topology reporting flow through the Discovery channel.
- Topology updates are now reported to Business Availability Center after monitor updates in SiteScope rather than in bulk when the adapter synchronized.
- SiteScope automatically gathers topology information and reports the topologies to Business Availability Center for SAP, Siebel and SOA environments, creating CIs in UCMDB with SiteScope monitors reporting status to those CIs. The relevant Business Availability Center for SAP, Business Availability Center for Siebel, and Business Availability Center for SOA licenses are required.
- Permissions for System Availability Management reports are now managed in Platform Administration's Permissions Management.

- Advanced calculations and tools enable fine-tuning and allow for dynamic thresholds.
- Added ability to link baselines to schedules.
- Automatic calculations provide information on how many errors and warnings would have been sent or not sent if the baseline threshold was active during the calculation period.
- Threshold Schedules allow users to define the schedule for which a given threshold is active, enabling more accurate alerting and monitoring of IT resources.
- New Publish Template Changes capabilities
- New enterprise management of SiteScope configuration via templates.

- Global Search and Replace now includes the option to add, change, or delete thresholds without overriding the selected monitors' entire threshold configuration.
