Question

When SSO credentials are provisioned using Identity Management connectors is the user prompted for their passphrase?

Resolution

Answer

SecureLogin can be integrated with provisioning solutions so credentials (e.g. UserIDs, Passwords etc.) for SSO enabled applications can be provisioned.

The user is not prompted to enter their passphrase when credentials for SSO enabled applications are updated.

If passphrase Q&A are enabled, the passphrase is only asked if someone other than the user reset the user's Directory/network password.

NOTE: The passphrase will be asked if the Identity Management connector resets the user's Directory/network password.
