Situation

After installing Novell SecureLogin v6.x on a workstation, the following error appears when running ConsoleOne:

The procedure entry point ?GetNextVariable@CSSOScriptBroker@@QAEHPAGH@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library slbroker.dll

Resolution

SecureLogin Version 6.x and later does not support ConsoleOne.

The following methods of SecureLogin administrations are supported:

  • iManager
  • SLManager

Additional Information

To prevent the error from appearing, rename the following file in your ConsoleOne directory:

..\Novell\ConsoleOne\1.2\bin\jbroker.dll

ConsoleOne will then load without any errors, but you must administer SecureLogin using one of the supported methods mentioned previously.
