Can the security delay on incorrect passphrase entry be customized?

Resolution

Answer

If a user is prompted to enter their passphrase answer, a short security delay occurs first time. For security reasons, the delay increases exponentially with each incorrect answer. The security delay is intentional to combat brute force and/or dictionary attacks and can not be customized.
