Novell SecureLogin SSO
Situation
After installing SecureLogin in LDAP mode and starting the client, the user enters their Username and Password but the following message appears:
No user found. Please check the username, password and search attributes.
Resolution
The problem could be caused by one of the following;
- Invalid Username
- Invalid Password
- Locked Account
- The context for the user object is incorrect
- The certificate file is not valid (it must be in .DER format with a .DER extension)
Solution
Verify all of the above.
