Restore of SSO data from a backup file shows the following message after entering the password:
Error: DecryptFile failed
The password entered is incorrect. Correct the password and try again.
SecureLogin includes Backup/Restore functionality for users that do not connect to corporate networks or who are offline for long periods of time. Users are able to backup their SSO data (including credentials, application definitions, password policies and preferences) to an encrypted .esx file.
The .esx file is password protected and the password must be a minimum of 8 characters. The password is used to encrypt the file and it must be entered correctly to decrypt the data.
