Error -411 using SecureLogin Manager

Situation

Using SecureLogin Manager to administer SecureLogin is getting the following message after entering the object name:

This user’s data is not accessible.

Error: -411 using SecureLogin Manager.

Resolution

The object name is incorrect or you have insufficient permissions.

To ensure you are entering a corect name or viewing a valid object, use the MMC (so you can browse for objects) and compare this to the users' DN that you were attempting to enter.
