C++ Runtime Error when Local Password is changed on XP workstation

Novell SecureLogin

Situation

After a changed Windows password and reboot, SecureLogin loads and a C++ Runtime error occurs.

Resolution

There is a known bug within Microsoft XP that causes SecureLogin to produce this error.
