SecureLogin SSO
Situation
User is attempting to logon to SecureLogin via the LDAP client and receives the following message;
BROKER_LDAP_SSL_ADD_CERT_FAILED(-391)
An error occurred while trying to log in to the LDAP server.
Do you want to try and log in again?
Resolution
Ensure a valid certificate file exists and is in the path specified. The root certificate file of the Certificate Authority must be exported in DER format and the file extension must be .der (e.g. RootCert.der)
