Situation

The credentials are incorrect for this login. Please verify and re-enter the correct credentials, then click OK to try again. Alternatively, click Cancel to stop the current automated login attempt.

Resolution

Set Detect Incorrect Passwords to No.

Handle all error messages on the web either using the web wizard functionality or, for corporate deployments, by editing web application definitions to include error handling. See the predefined application definitions for example of how SecureLogin can search for error messages.

Additional Information

Detect Incorrect Passwords is set to Yes. From the Knowledgebase article the preference is explained as per below;

Detect incorrect passwords:

Note: This preference only affects web pages.

If this is set to Yes, SecureLogin will attempt to detect if a user has entered an incorrect password when logging onto a web page (i.e. web application with embedded logon panels - this option doesn’t work for any other applications such as Windows, Java, Terminal Emulator etc.) and then prompt the user to change it.
