Situation

SecureLogin plug-in does not appear under plug-ins for firefox

Resolution

Run Firefox once on the workstation and re-install SecureLogin or modify the installation using control panel to install Mozilla firefox support.

Additional Information

The user must have previously started Firefox once on the workstation for SecureLogin to install the extension.
