An error occurred while trying to log in to the LDAP server.

Do you want to try and log in again?


The LDAP server could not be contacted due to one of the following reasons;
  • LDAP is not correctly configured.
  • You are not connected to the network. Check your network connections and try pinging the LDAP server.
  • The primary host is not available (check the IP Address of the LDAP server).
  • The LDAP port number specified in the SecureLogin LDAP client is incorrect.
