Unable to map Protocom-SSO-entries to the existing Prot:SSO entry in LDAP mode on eDirectory

Situation

Issue

When using SecureLogin in LDAP mode over eDirectory, in addition to extending the Directory schema, the administrator must also make the appropriate LDAP group object attribute mappings.

The administrator was trying to map Protocom-SSO-entries to the existing Prot:SSO entry for the LDAP Group object.

However, they couldn’t locate the attribute mapping tab on the property page for the LDAP Group object. They were sure LDAP was installed properly.

Solution

Run LDAPSchema.Exe that ships with the SecureLogin CD to automatically map the attributes.
