Situation

Issue

Customer was attempting to install SecureLogin Single Sign-On on a Windows 2000 workstation and was receiving error -1644.

Resolution

Cause

The user logged onto the Windows workstation must have the rights to install software, create registry entries etc. The user was not a power or administrative user.

Solution

User logged on as a power user and installed SecureLogin without error.
