Environment
Situation
Issue
Customer created a SecureLogin Startup application definition (script that runs when SecureLogin starts) that included the Run command.
Run ""z:\PublicUpgrade.Cmd""
When they start SecureLogin the following error appears;
BROKER_UNABLE_TO_START_PROGRAM(-232): Error executing script line 5.
They click OK and SecureLogin loads but the program they are trying to run doesn’t appear to run.
Resolution
Cause
The user did not have a drive Z mapped so SecureLogin could not find or run the file Upgrade.Cmd.
The problem also occurs if there are spaces or an invalid path in the run command.
Solution
Ensure the file exists, the full path to the file is specified (For example, c:\winnt\notepad.exe not just notepad.exe) and the user has access to the file specified.
