Answer

NDS Snoop is a utility that allows clearing of SecureLogin attributes. It is typically used to clear out the Prot SSO: * attributes for user’s that have forgotten their passphrase and need their SecureLogin data cleared.

It is available from the Novell web site, www.novell.com and should only be used by experienced SSO administrators as it effectively deletes the contents of the Directory at the schema level.
