Customer wanted to install SecureLogin Single Sign-On on a userâs workstation. They were running setup.exe but it keeps reporting errors during installation.
Check the local workstation policy/security settings. The client cannot be installed unless you are logged in as an account with rights to the root of drive C. Write access to the target directory is needed to install the client.
To correct the problem grant the user temporary access to write to the target directory on drive C: (C:\Program Files\ActivIdentity\SecureLogin) or log back on to the workstation with an account that has access to install software.
