How can I change the default cache file location?

Resolution

1. Edit the registry to specify the new location by setting the following as a string;

HKLM/Software/Protocom/SecureLogin/CacheDirectory e.g. C:\SSOCache

2. Specify the cache location during installation (when prompted to do so).

Additional Information

Root Cause

By default, SecureLogin data such as SSO enabled applications, usernames and passwords for applications, and preferences determining the behavior of SecureLogin, are synchronized with the Directory and encrypted in an offline cache on the workstation hard disk (this can be disabled if desired).

The default cache location for SecureLogin is as follows:

on Windows XP workstations: %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\SecureLogin
on Windows 7 workstations: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\SecureLogin OR
			  %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\SecureLogin
