Summary Reports display multiple values in a single cell

This article discusses an issue which may occur when trying to generate a report with summary statistics in PowerRecon. When generating a summary report in PowerRecon for a server which contains multiple disks (or other hardware with multiple instances) the report will show multiple values for each disk in a single report cell.

When generating a summary report which contains disk information for multiple volumes all the volumes will be listed in a single cell. This may also occur for other hardware with multiple instances.

This functionality is by design.

To resolve this issue generate a disk or volume report. A disk or volume report will show all disks/volumes in individual cells and correctly report the volumes sizes and driver letter mappings.
