Situation
When deleting a virtual machine from the PowerConvert UI, Virtual Center may display the VM as "orphaned" since it was not deleted directly from within the Virtual Center interface.
Resolution
To workaround this issue, right click on the orphaned virtual machine in Virtual Center and then select "Remove".
