[INTERNAL] File encryption is not preserved when copying encrypted NTFS files

Overview

This article outlines a known issue when converting a source machine with encrypted files

Details

The conversion will usually fail at step 6.3 with some sort of "Access is Denied" error on the file that is trying to be copied.  However,  if the file does get copied it will no longer be encrypted.

This will need to be addresssed with full NTFS support in Inssbruck.
