Supplying the credentials for the service account or domain override account fails with an error message: 'Invalid Account'.
Attempts to install DRA fail during the service account configuration.
An 'Invalid Account' message is displayed with the following information
The Account name is not valid. Verify the following:
account name is correct
password is correct
account is not locked out
account is not disabled
password has not expired
To resolve this issue, reset the password for the account used and do not include extended ASCII characters in the password. Once the password has been reset, Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) will accept the account credentials.
An Enhancement Request has been submitted for DRA to accept passwords that contain extended ASCII characters.
