How do I collect logs in VPC?
How do I collect VigilEnt Policy Center logs for troubleshooting purposes?
To enable logging in VPC:
- Log on to the VPC Admin site
- Go to Otions and select Enable Diagnostic logging (high)
VPC logs are stored in the following directory: ...\VigilEnt Policy Center\server\logs
For diagnostic troubleshooting NetIQ Technical Support will typically request the following logs for review:
- Sync Diagnostics
