Situation
DRA Web Console hangs on checking powers over resources unless the page is refreshed.
Error in DRA/Builtin/Common/Scripts/SearchForms/CreateQuickStartForm.asp, line 115.
Microsoft Runtime Errors generated at the top of Web Console Screen after upgrading to DRA 8.1 or later.
Resolution
Renaming all of the custom web pages will allow users to once again connect to the web console. Compare all of the custom pages to the versions of these files in the builtin folder and merge in any necessary changes.
Cause
After upgrading to DRA 8.1 and later with Custom Web Pages in place you will recieve a notification during the upgrade process as follows:
"The following files exist in the Web Console Custom folder path. You should compare the versions of these files in the builtin folder to the Custom version of these files and merge any necessary changes."
The window will then list all files included in the custom section of the \Inetpub\wwwroot\DRAWeb\WebConsole\Custom and below.
