Attempting to run any program launches DRA setup the first time a user logs into the Citrix server after installing DRA on the Citrix server.
To resolve this issue, delete the 'OnePointAdmin' registry key from:
\hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows nt\currentversion\terminal server\install\software\microsoft\windows\runonce
