NetIQ AppManager 7.0.x

Situation

Windows RT Designer executable does not get created when only the NetIQ AppManager consoles is installed.

Resolution

The NetIQ AppManager Agent component is required to be installed on the machine for the designer executable to be installed.

Cause

During the pre-install check the installer will determine which components have been isntalled on the machine.
