AMPP Reports are not automatically being opened by Adobe Acrobat (NETIQKB73116)

Environment

AppManager Performance Profiler 4.1.x

Situation

An error occurs when trying to view the report, the header of the report file is unrecognized by the servers mime type.

Resolution

Add PDF-1.4 to the Magic file in the HP Apache directory to updated the mime types for PDF.

Please make sure to make a backup of this file prior to editing.

Cause

HP's Web Management and/or SIM implementation is affecting how mime types are displayed.
