Situation
When using Control Center Currency Pack on a Windows 7 or Windows 2008 platform you are unable to drag and drop service map objects onto a service map.
Resolution
You must disable UAC on the system hosting the Control Center Console, in order to be able to properly interact with Service Maps in the Control Center Console.
The following Microsoft KB will assist you with how to turn off UAC.

Cause
Windows UAC is preventing the action from occuring.
