NetIQ AppManager Performance Profiler 4.x
Situation
The Tomcat service hosting the AppManager Performance Profiler console will not start. The service will fail to start with a 1067 error.
Resolution
This will typically happen when the product is first installed. It is recommend to uninstall the product, reinstall the product and choose the medium or small options when choosing the memory allocation size.
Cause
Java is not able to heap enough contiguous memory to start the service. This frequently occurs when the large memory option is selected.

This will typically happen when the product is first installed and should not affect existing and working installs. If it does occur then review possible hardware allocation or changes that may be affecting Microsoft Windows ability to allocate memory.
