Error creating CDR DTS package. ErrNo=0 while running Cisco_RetrieveCallRecords


SQL Server Express will not work to host the Cisco CallManager module database, because NetIQ AppManager for Cisco Call Manager requires the databases to be created in the default instance rather than a named instance.  Microsoft SQL Server Express installs only to named instances.

To correct this issue, you must use a Full version of Microsoft SQL Server.  In the above scenario, the Module would need to be re-installed after SQL has been upgraded to or replaced by a full version which includes a default instance of SQL.


Micorsoft SQL Server Express has been installed instead of a full version of SQL.
