Environment

NetIQ Vivinet Assessor 3.x

Situation

When trying to install Vivinet Assessor the user recieves an error 0xc0000135

Resolution

Please visit the Microsoft website at www.micorosoft.com and search for .Net Redistributable to download the appropriate copies.

After both have been installed run the install for Vivinet Assessor again, the error should not re-occur.

Cause

.Net Framework 1.1 and 2.0 are not installed
