How do I change the default license retention period in VPC?

How can I recover license seats for VPC for terminated users?

Is it possible to change the six month license retention for compliance in VPC?

VPC has a built-in retention period of six months for licensing when a user either signs off on a policy or takes a quiz.  Until the six month time period has elapsed, VPC will count any user account that has met this criteria toward licensing.  This six month value is hard-coded to VPC and cannot be changed.

If more seats are needed for VPC, please contact your Sales Team to obtain addtional licensing.
