Situation

Error logging into NRC: Login Error:WebService Error:Runtime Error

Unable to log into NRC

Resolution

This error may be encountered when the DRA NRC is installed using the 64bit executable (netiqreportingcentersetup_x64.exe), but the Application Pool in IIS is set to "True" for 32bit mode.  To resolve the problem and error, unselect 32bit mode and restart IIS.
