When switching between DRA servers VBs intaliazation error: The Following error Occurred during Web Console initialization: The attempt to automatically connect to domain failed: [46] Permission denied.

To resolve this issue verfy that the Authenticated Users group is in the local DCOM user group on the DRA server(s).  If the Authenticated Users group is not persent, add it to the local DCOM user group on the DRA server(s). 

The Authenticated Users group is not in the local DCOM user group on the DRA server(s).
