Can only export one file and exporting tasks causes runtime error (NETIQKB72960)

You can only export one report and then you have to close the console and log back in to export the next one. Each time you try to export a report it spawns a new Excel process without ending the previous one.

Exporting a task fails with Runtime Error.

Download and apply Hotfix 72960 which is available on our website

Excel does not close out its process and starts a new one each time you try to export.

A Microsoft ADO connection string is obscured on Vista and newer operating systems so exporting tasks did not work on Windows 2008 machines.
