Can I use DRA to manage exchange mailboxes in Trusted or Untrusted managed domains in DRA?

How can I manage Exchange Mailboxes in a DRA-managed domain that is trusted or not trusted by the DRA Server's Domain?

Currently it is required for the NetIQ Administration Service to be running as a service account who is a member of the domain containing the mailboxes to manage. To manage mailboxes in a different domain, there must be a DRA Server within that domain.

 

For Example:

DRA Server-01 is a member of DOMAINA

NetIQ Administration Service is running as DOMAINA\Service

Exchange Management Tools installed

DRA Server-01 can ONLY manage / create mailboxes within DOMAINA and no other domains

 

There are times when there are managed domains of DRA that have mailboxes to be managed by DRA. Some of those managed domains maybe a trusted domain of the DRA Server's member domain.
