Situation

503 error when launching the NetIQ Reporting Center console
503 error when launching the NRC console

Resolution

To resovle this issue verifry that the application pool that the NetIQ Reporting Center under is running.  This issue can occur if the password of the account the application pool is running under has changed.

Cause

This issue is caused by the application pool that the NetIQ Reporting Center under being stoped.
